MR. Heli Cobos, Senior Programmer Analyst

Mr. Cobos, born in Venezuela and raised in United States, has worked in M-DCPS since 2018 as an interim and for the Adult Education Program since 2019 when he became a full-time Senior Programmer at ITS. Heli is a dedicated employee who takes on difficult challenges. Mr. Cobos assists the SAVES program from the Data side; he is dedicated to working with our office to provide students and staff with the best resources. Mr. Cobos holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
